In most circumstances you will find The Promenade to be one of the last venues to close, due to bad weather for social dancing; especially for a Special Event when so much work, expense and effort on the part of many people has been made.  However, if conditions are perilous, we are sensible enough to close the doors. 

 

   The best way for you to be informed of any cancellation is to check your E-Mail. 
We will always do our best to send out an announcement, as soon as any decision has been made, that will result in a change to our posted schedule. It is also our normal policy to update the recording on the studio phone (410-277-0234) accordingly, for those who may not have computer access.
