Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this business, The Promenade must maintain a strict Cancellation and Refund Policy for all Social Dancing Parties.
Taking into consideration the expenses involved, as well as the time and effort on the part of many people, in preparing for these events,
we sincerely hope you will understand and respect these policies.
As stated on all our flyers, pre-paid seats are NOT refundable, if you are unable to attend an event. If unforeseen circumstances make it necessary for you to cancel, with adequate notice, and you have purchased your ticket online, a refund MAY be issued, but there will be a $5 fee per ticket to cover our online processing fees.
If The Promenade finds it necessary to cancel a Special Event, due to weather, or any other unexpected incident, the event will be rescheduled, if at all possible. If you are unable to attend on the new date you will be refunded one General Admission Pass for each unused ticket.
No Refunds will be made for No-Shows.
